Spectroscopic search for g-mode pulsations in ψ Centauri

摘要: Context. Prior analysis of the light curve eclipsing binary ψ Cen has shown possible presence g-mode pulsations. Aims. We will try to confirm this claim by means high-resolution and high signal-to-noise echelle spectrograms. Methods. studied both radial velocity line profile variations Cen. Results. obtained accurate measurements masses radii two components. Regarding study pulsations, orbital motion stars can explain all observed in Conclusions. There is no evidence pulsations spectroscopic data.
