What's in it for Me? Motivational Differences between Farmers' Subsidised and Non-Subsidised Conservation Practices

摘要: Through nature conservation practices, farmers can strongly enhance quality and biodiversity in rural areas. In this paper, the social psychological underpinnings of farmers' practices are investigated using Theory Planned Behavior, to which concepts self-identity personal norms were added. A distinction is made between done on a non-subsidised basis for receive some form remuneration from Dutch government. Eighty-five arable participated our survey. Results show that model explains more variance intention perform than subsidised practices. Also, appear be related non-subsidised, not conservation.
