摘要: Innate immune system is an important modulator of the inflammatory response during infection and tissue injury/repair. The kidney as a vital organ with high energy demand plays key role in regulating disease related metabolic process. Increasing research interest has focused on pathogenesis many diseases. However, innate cells such dendritic cells, macrophages, NK few lymphocytes, well complement are essential for renal homeostasis ensure coordinated balance between injury regeneration. provides first line host defense initiated by several classes pattern recognition receptors (PRRs), membrane-bound Toll-like (TLRs) nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain (NOD)-like (NLRs), together inflammasomes responsible early response. Although studied, detailed relationship immunity still very limited. In this review, we will focus sensing homeostasis, corresponding pivotal roles regeneration special emphasis immunoregulatory mechanism also discussed.
