摘要: We have adopted the PC12 cell line as in vitro model for studying Dp71 function neuronal cells. These cells express a cytoplasmic (Dp71f) and nuclear (Dp71d) isoform of well various dystrophin-associated proteins (DAPs). In this study, we revealed by confocal microscopy analysis Western blotting evaluation fractions presence different DAPs (β-dystroglycan, β-dystrobrevin, e-sarcoglycan γ1-syntrophin) nucleus Furthermore, established immunoprecipitation assays that Dp71d form protein complex (DAPC) nucleus. Interestingly, depletion antisense treatment (antisense-Dp71 cells) provoked drastic reduction DAPs, which indicates is critical stability within Although Up71, utrophin gene product homologous to Dp71, exhibited increased expression antisense-Dp71 cells, its scarce levels makes unlikely could compensate deficiency.
