摘要: Abstract Conjugate heat transfer in laminar tube flow with convective boundary conditions is considered analytically. The steady state problem involving two-dimensional wall and axial fluid conduction solved using separation of variables for a thick walled cylindrical pipe. effects the thickness, external Biot number wall-to-fluid thermal conductivity ratio are investigated on flux, bulk temperatures. Results presented cases when thickness between 0.1 2, ranging 10, 3 100. These parameters found to significantly affect characteristics at entrance region, instance, increase results reduced flux while result increased flux. Decrease both correspond decreased temperature profiles.
