摘要: Abstract Conjugates of human lysozyme and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) were prepared by means the heterobifunctional reagent N-succinimidyl 3-(2-pyridyldithio) propionate. A conjugate containing 2 mol HRP/mol was isolated gel filtration used as a labeled antigen in competitive enzyme immunoassays, which anti-lysozyme rabbit IgG had been bound to wells microtiter plates. The assay can detect little 1 μg lysozyme/1. following reference intervals have established: 950–2450 μg/1 for serum, 1.7–123 urine, 17.6–118 cerebrospinal fluid 0.04–1.5 μg/g feces.
