摘要: Potential prognostic factors for survival time, 5-year rate, recurrence-free and rate were explored 262 patients with malignant melanoma of the skin, Stage I, using long-rank test, proportional hazards (Cox) regression, linear logistic regression. Breslow's thickness was most important variable in each analysis. A thinner associated a better prognosis. After adjusting thickness, sex next Women had prognosis than men. sex, there no additional significant time; Clark's level rate; number mitoses, evidence presence vascular invasion mitoses rate. It is recommended that future prospective studies adjuvant therapy I melanoma, be stratified into treatment groups on basis sex.
