摘要: Ileal flows and the endogenous or dietary origin of soluble proteins present in ileal digesta were determined pigs fed diets containing different pea cultivars (Solara, Madria Eiffel) micro-ground peas (c.v. Solara). analyzed by electrophoresis densitometry analysis identified LC-MS-MS spectrometry immunoblotting. The differed (P < 0.1) among 3 cultivars; flow Madria-containing diet was higher than that Eiffel- Solara-containing diets. reduced micro-grinding peas. true digestibility losses not correlated. However, at this intestinal level, protein essentially (enzymes, antibodies), from partly digested albumin fraction. Pea lectin PA1 b totally resistant to gastric small digestion a minor peptide PA2 detectable. In contrast, storage proteins, legumin vicilin, detectable antibodies LC-MS-MS.
