摘要: Expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and nerve growth (NGF) mRNA transcripts was studied in specimens from 10 human brain tumors normal brain. BDNF is a prevalent transcript frontal temporal lobe cortex, this expressed by all gliomas meningiomas examined. In contrast to the prevalence expression, NGF three eight one but not either studied. These data suggest that factors may play role variety tumors.
