摘要: Summary The expression of nerve growth factor receptor (NGFr) was investigated by means immunohistochemistry in 135 tumours the human central and peripheral nervous system. results were compared to proliferative activity as determined immunostaining for proliferation-associated antigen Ki-67. Immunoreactivity NGFr most consistently observed derived from neural crest such neurinomas, neurofibromas ganglioneuromas. In system, NGFr-immunostaining particularly strong pilocytic astrocytomas while majority ofother gliomas either NGFr-negative or contained only a minor fraction NGFr-positive tumour cells. Among all other including medulloblastomas, pituitary adenomas meningiomas exceptional cases demonstrated significant number positive Choroid plexus papillomas metastatic carcinomas always NGFr-negative. Our indicate that NGFr-expression system is heterogeneous with respect type appears be unrelated activity.
