摘要: A variety of vertebrate cells have the ability to adjust changes in cell volume by activating transmembrane fluxes osmotically active solutes necessary direction correct deviations (Macnight, 1988; Hoffmann and Simonsen, 1989). The compounds animal fall into two main groups: inorganic ions, Na+, K+ Cl-and a large organic molecules, including polyols, methylamines amino acids. Among these later, taurine appears be predominantly involved regulatory processes (Pasantes-Morales Martin del Rio, 1990).
