摘要: Abstract Surface state and its quality determine some important properties of metallic glasses. Control over the nanoscale tribological behavior glasses is fundamental for their applications in micro- nano-electromechanical devices. Owing to continuous miniaturization these devices mechanical contact area becomes nanoscale, whereas wear resistance can be improved taking into account surface oxides. oxides also (bio)chemical alter electrical properties.
