摘要: Hintergrund Die proximale Tibia-Etagenfraktur ist eine seltene Verletzung. Begleitende Weichteiltraumen, zusatzliche Gelenkflachen- und Kniebandverletzungen, postoperative Stellungsverluste, Infektionen Pseudarthrosen stellen hohe Anforderungen an das Implantat den Operateur. Die Studie soll klaren, ob Tibia-LISS zur Versorgung dieser Fraktursituation geeignet ist.
