摘要: The present study examined the relationship between functional status of Sertoli cells and maintenance restoration spermatogenesis in immature hypophysectomized (HPX) rats given various doses exogenous testosterone with or without daily injections FSH for 90 days. Subcutaneous implantation a 2- to 10-cm capsule (TC) increased serum levels HPX 2–10 times above normal control levels, but did not significantly increase testicular level.
