摘要: It is increasingly important to evaluate the performance of business processes. A key instrument carry out this evaluation by means Process Performance Indicators (PPIs) as suggested in many methodologies and frameworks like, for instance, COBIT, ITIL or EFQM. As a consequence, it convenient integrate management PPIs into whole process lifecycle from its design evaluation. In paper, we focus on definition necessary step achieve that integration. Unfortunately, current proposals are not able specify several usual types PPIs, specially those related data, well designed enable automated analysis at design-time. present an ontology indicators overcomes issue, explicitly defines relationships between elements defined modelled BPMN, enables Furthermore, has been validated real-world scenarios.
