摘要: Two experiments examined the role of cognitive inflexibility and reduced working memory in age-related declines on Wisconsin Card Sorting Test. Both standard scoring procedures newly developed scores were used to measure each construct, modifications test further evaluated memory. Results indicated that age differences are not due but for a subset older adults errors associated with reduction amount information can be stored or processed These disappear, however, when visual cues provide about immediately preceding sort.
