摘要: The decision to voluntarily quit or remain in a job is one that employees make on regular basis. process can range from job-related event causes an individual resign immediately agonized about for several years; limited cases it be impulsive act. Within turnover framework, individuals engage the cognitive of thinking quitting which may not translate into quitting; also alternative forms withdrawal (see Mobey, 1977, and Hanisch, 1995a). What occurs between time think until their resignation date? Do who long periods prior have different attitudes behaviors than those then shortly thereafter resign? Are with longer period more disruptive organization shorter thoughts resignation? This research evaluated whether lag was related exiting. It examined how timing first relates employees’ resignation.
