摘要: We have studied several factors influencing the transfer of T-DNA from Agrobacterium to wheat cells. tumefaciens and A. rhizogenes strains were screened using immature zygotic embryos two varieties Bobwhite Lona (Triticum aestivum L.). Transient plant cells was shown a β-glucuronidase (gus)-intron marker gene. LBA9402 transferred efficiently cells, where it highly expressed. The efficiency influenced by cocultivation time, concentration preculture time isolated before inoculation.
