摘要: ABSTRACT: We hypothesized that increased oxidative stress and disrupted redox balance may be predisposing factors markers for overreaching (OR). Purpose: The study's purpose was to examine whether antioxidant status physical fitness are related OR during an 8-wk military basic training (BT) period. Methods: Oxidative were evaluated in the beginning after 4 7 wk of 35 males (age = 19.7 ± 0.3 yr) at rest immediately a 45-min submaximal exercise. Physical activity (PA) monitored by accelerometer throughout BT. Indicators also examined. Results: From baseline week 4, daytime moderate vigorous PA led concomitant decreases ratio oxidized total glutathione (GSSG/TGSH) GSSG. After BT, GSSG/TGSH GSSG returned values rest, whereas remained unchanged. At every time point, acute exercise decreased TGSH GSSG/TGSH, decrease observed capacity training. In subjects (11 males) had higher GSSG, malondialdehyde (a marker lipid peroxidation) (P < 0.01-0.05) lower response 0.01) than non-OR subjects. Moreover, BT 0.05). Conclusions: sustained load last observable both Increased insufficient recovery leading possibly OR.
