摘要: We propose a method of in situ (in vitro) analysis the chemical bonding state DNA aqueous solution by infrared absorption spectroscopy multiple internal reflection geometry (MIR-IRAS) conjugation with electrophoresis. demonstrate that MIR-IRAS is capable detecting vitro hybridization. In our method, Si prism, through which lights penetrate and are also internally reflecting, serves as electrode for show positive or negative potential being applied to (prism), molecules concentrated on expelled from electrode, respectively, leading highly sensitive detection manipulation solution.
