摘要: The annealing process is crucial for obtaining high-quality perovskite layers used in highly efficient planar solar cells. In this study, we have investigated the annealing-induced chemical and structural changes of tri-iodide (TI) mixed-halide (MH) organometal using infrared absorption spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy X-ray diffraction measurements. For TI layers, solvent molecules, dimethylformamide (DMF), remained form PbI2/DMF compound after drying at room temperature. During annealing, DMF evaporated to PbI2 crystals. When MH film was annealed, both CH3NH3PbCl3 CH3NH3PbI3 crystals were initially formed from an amorphous phase. With further gradually grew through incorporation source materials supplied phase slow evaporation methylammonium (MA) chloride ions. resultant layer mainly composed large grains with a trace We suggest that difference composition structure leads different charge transport properties layers.
