摘要: Enhancing healthy fatty acids (FAs) in ewe milk fat and suckling lamb tissues is an important objective terms of improving the nutritional value these foods for consumer. The present study examined effects feeding-protected lipid supplements rich unsaturated FAs on composition milk, subsequently muscle subcutaneous adipose lambs such milk. Thirty-six pregnant Churra ewes with their new-born were assigned to one three experimental diets (forage/concentrate ratio 50 : 50), each supplemented either 3% Ca soap palm (Control), olive (OLI) or fish (FO) oil. nourished exclusively by whole period. When reached 11 kg BW, they slaughtered samples taken from Longissimus dorsi depots. Although production was not affected supplementation, FO diet decreased content (P 0.05) other trans-FAs between Control treatments would indicate that treatment does alter rumen biohydrogenation pathways under assayed conditions. Changes dam FA induced differences profiles meat depots lambs, preferentially incorporated polyunsaturated into rather than storing them tissue. In intramuscular treatment, all n-3 highest concentrations: 0.97 (18:3 n-3), 2.72 (20:5 2.21 (22:5 n-3) 1.53% (22:6 n-3). addition, only did have most cis-9, trans-11 18:2 (1.66%) 18:1 (3.75%), but also lowest n-6/n-3 (1.80) saturated affected. Therefore, exhibited best profile a point view.
