摘要: The aim of the present research was to study changes in milk composition and fatty acid profile, specifically conjugated linoleic (CLA) its isomers, goat as affected by dietary supplementation sun-flower oil whole linseed (0.81 1.84% dry matter on basal diet, respectively) assess persistency response. To achieve this objective, bulk from a herd 6 individual dairy goats fed diet supplemented with sunflower monitored for period 3 mo. Gas chromatography silver ion HPLC were used analyze total CLA content isomeric profile these acids, respectively. contents alpha-linolenic increased 0.35% reference 0.62% diet. Similarly, 0.46 1.18%. same pattern also observed trans-11 C18:1 (1.38 4.05%, after mo lipid supplementation. In contrast, other trans isomers less remarkable. There strong linear correlation between cis-9, C18:2, main isomer, under conditions assayed their concentration remained stable throughout duration study. Levels minor enhanced consequence most remarkable increases 11-13 (trans-trans trans-cis geometric isomers), whereas trans-7, cis-9 (the second important isomer quantitative point view) trans-10, cis-12 only slightly
