摘要: Hyperthermia is currently being tested clinically in combination with radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Often local regional hyperthermia combined irradiation the treatment of superficial tumors, this modality showing improved response rates over alone (Overgaard 1985). There a wide range to hyperthermia, perhaps owing different intrinsic thermosensitivity human tumors. Other reasons may be related microcirculation (Reinhold and Endlich 1986), variations pH nutrient concentration, immunological factors, development thermotolerance (Meyer et al. 1986). If heat sensitivity could predicted by an vitro assay, would permit clinician determine whether patient might benefit from combining hyperthermia.
