摘要: Most human tumors can be successfully grown in athymic nude mice (Sharkey 1978; Fiebig and Lohr 1984). Little experience has been reported on the transplantation of small cell lung cancer (SCLC), because this tumor category is usually not treated surgically. In paper we report our results with seven SCLC into mice. Three rapidly growing were selected as models. Their characteristics responsiveness to drug treatment are described.
