摘要: Dengue is an arthropod-borne infection caused by a flavivirus and spread the Aedes mosquitoes. Many of countries where dengue endemic are popular tourist destinations disease increasingly important problem encountered international travelers. Personal protection against day-feeding vectors problematic, indicating urgent need for vaccine. This review discusses challenges vaccine development, current strategies prospects availability travelers in future. Cost–effectiveness studies will to take into account many factors, including attack rate travelers, proportion who hospitalization, cost altered travel itineraries, vaccine, duration travel, destination season.
