摘要: Knowledge of the patterns allelic loss has been useful in identifying spectrum tumor suppressor genes involved various types. Such analyses pancreatic carcinoma have difficult due to characteristic host desmoplastic reaction neoplasm. We assembled first allelotype adenocarcinoma, a survey for among each chromosomal arm, using seven cryostat-dissected neoplasms. The fractional these neoplasms was 0.18, value similar that seen previously colorectal carcinoma. Alleles chromosome 18q (lost five six informative tumors) and 17p four were commonly affected. Neither APC mutations (33 neoplasms), shifts dinucleotide repeats (26 nor immunohistochemical evidence retinoblastoma protein underexpression (7 neoplasms) found. Further evaluation cancer would benefit from improved methods analysis lost genetic material which overcome problems posed by high admixture nonneoplastic stromal inflammatory cells tumors.
