摘要: Abstract Objective: the aim was to identify in 511 outpatients, with diagnoses of schizophrenia, major depressive disorder (MDD), bipolar disorders (BD), and borderline personality (BPD), what clinical variables predict improvement real-world functioning during 12 months usual treatment. Methods: sociodemographic were evaluated. Patients assessed at baseline endpoint with: Clinical Global Impression Scale - Severity (CGI-S); Satisfaction Profile (SAT-P), Drug Attitude Inventory-10 (DAI-10), Personal Social Performance (PSP). Statistical analysis performed Chi-square test Pearson’s correlation. Significant included a multiple regression analysis. Dependent variable difference PSP after one year (ΔPSP). P ≤ 0.05 significant. Results: total sample, ΔPSP related age onset, SAT-P psychotherapy inversely suicide attempts CGI-S. In DAI-10 MDD, BD, BPD, only ΔPSP. Conclusion: Symptoms severity predicted worse community sample each group, except for BPD. Suicide associated functional depression. Quality life change MMD BPD receiving gained better improvement. pharmacotherapy schizophrenia.
