摘要: The effects of time before feeding and dose dietary-limiting amino acids (DLAA) injected into the prepyriform cortex (PPC) on intake acid-imbalanced diets were evaluated. Intake imbalanced diet was increased from approximately 50% to 75% baseline when an optimal amount DLAA (1 nmol L-isoleucine or 2 L-threonine) immediately prior feeding. Injections made several hours more effective, increasing 85% baseline. Delivering two half-optimal doses DLAA, apart, only same level as a single injection increase in threonine-imbalanced after injecting threonine 6 h abolished if additional It appears that it is sum changes tissue concentrations PPC are recognized influence food acid fed.
