摘要: The entire cellular genome must replicate during each cell cycle, but it is yet unclear how replication proceeds along with chromatin condensation and remodeling while ensuring the fidelity of replicated genome. Mapping initiation sites can provide clues for coordination DNA transcription on a whole-genome scale. Here we discuss recent insights obtained from genome-scale analyses in mammalian cells ask modifications affect frequency events. We also sequences, such as insulators replicators, which modulate target genes, use genome-wide maps to evaluate possible commonalities between replicators insulators.
