摘要: This paper first reviews the role of calcium in initiating tip growth plant cells; emphasizing symmetry breaking fucoid eggs, visualization intermembrane with chlorotetracycline, and suppression gradients by injected buffers. It then presents a new model path fertilization deuterostomes, particularly marine invertebrates mammals. In this model, leaks steadily across inner acrosomal membrane acrosome-reacted fused sperm, thence beneath oolemma whence it is slowly pumped cisternum e.r. Finally, overloads rapidly releases to detonate wave.
