摘要: The effect of nutrition and dietary supplements on the course multiple sclerosis (MS) is a topic great interest to both patients clinicians. In particular, vitamin D status has been shown influence incidence MS. High levels are probably protective against development MS, although efficacy supplementation in slowing progression MS remains be established. polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) also long under investigation. Small clinical trials suggest modest reduction severity duration relapses with receiving PUFA supplements. Other nutritional factors have evaluated for their disease progression, including milk proteins, gluten, probiotics, antioxidants (uric acid, vitamins A, C E, lipoic acid), polyphenols, Ginkgo biloba extracts curcumin. However, further studies needed evaluate effects these components relapse rate This Review gives an overview literature most commonly implicated as having discusses biological rationale that thought underlie influence.
