摘要: Recently, adipobiology (adiposcience) became a focus of numerous studies showing that the adipose tissue is body's largest endocrine and paracrine organ producing multiple signaling proteins collectively designated adipokines; at present these include more than hundred proteins. However, on neurotrophins have recently emerged, nerve growth factor (NGF) brain-derived neurotrophic (BDNF) being examples adipose-derived neurotrophins. Here we data NGF BDNF are expressed in both white brown following experimental stress (in mice) type 1 diabetes rats). We suggest metabotrophic potentials may be involved molecular mechanism consequently, pathogenesis cardiometabolic diseases.
