摘要: Background Most epidemiologic studies of cardiovascular disease in postmenopausal women suggest that estrogen-replacement therapy has a protective effect. The effects the use estrogen combined with progestin are less well studied. Methods To examine associations hormone-replacement concentrations plasma lipids and hemostatic factors, fasting serum glucose insulin, blood pressure, we studied 4958 participating population-based investigation. Using cross-sectional data, classified into four groups according to their therapy: current users alone, progestin, nonusers who had formerly used these hormones, never them.
