摘要: A simultaneous immunoenzymometric assay for anti-human interleukin-2 antibody and serum albumin in rat was developed. Two antigen-immobilized polystyrene balls were immersed a diluted sample an tube then the antibodies on made to react with horseradish peroxidase labelled anti-rat IgG same after washing. The enzyme activity of each ball measured by fluorometry. Not only sensitivity (70 ng/ml each), recovery (100-101%), precision (C.V. = 5-13%) comparable those conventional assays using one but also much more feasible mass routine assays. Thus, immunoassays can be replaced this convenient method.
