摘要: An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is described that used a combination of 2 solid phases: microtiter plate covered with Falcon screening test (F.A.S.T.) system lid. By coating each phase different antigen, it was possible to simultaneously detect antibodies. The results the combined were compared and found similar those obtained in separate assays on same phases by usual ELISA method. Further, more economical time, work materials than tests for This method serological survey turkey viral infections: hemorrhagic enteritis paramyxovirus type 3.
