摘要: Abstract A combination of two machining processes (i.e., a hybrid process) has potential to improve process performance. This paper reports on experimental investigation the electrical discharge diamond grinding that combines mechanical with machining. In this process, workpiece is simultaneously subjected heating, by sparks bridging gap between metallic wheel bonding material and work, abrasion grains. The effect current, voltage, pulse-on-time duty factor forces removal rate while high speed steel workpiece, are investigated. spark discharges facilitate thermally softening work in zone, consequently decreasing nromal force.
