摘要: Electrical discharge diamond grinding (EDDG), which integrates and electro-discharge machining (EDM), is a new hybrid process for shaping electrically conductive very hard materials. The employs synergetic interactive effect of action abrasion to increase performance. This paper presents an investigation on the experimental study parameter design (EDDG). EDDG setup was designed fabricated, experiments were conducted high speed steel (HSS) workpiece under varying current, pulse-ontime, duty factor wheel speed. settings parameters determined by using Taguchi method. level MRR analysis variance (ANOVA). optimum combination obtained evaluated S/N ratio.
