摘要: The aim of this article is to describe the feasibility performing intraoperative MR imaging in patients with spinal cord lesions and potential value technique. authors report a case involving 28-year-old man who presented chronic cervical pain along ulnar side forearms during neck flexion. Findings on clinical examination were normal, but revealed multicystic lesion. Surgery was undertaken open cysts, evacuate old blood, search for pathological tissue. Intraoperative showed that caudal cyst not opened, surgery therefore continued. fenestrated suspected small cavernous malformation removed. Electrophysiological monitoring performed both before after imaging. use changed strategy procedure helped surgeon safely enter all cysts cord.
