摘要: Current literature demonstrates the efficacy of cell-based therapeutics in small animal models varied spinal cord diseases. However, logistic challenges remain towards development an optimized delivery approach to human cord. Clinical trials utilize a variety methods achieve this aim. In article, authors review currently employed methods, compare merits alternate paradigms, introduce their implementation completed and ongoing clinical trials, discuss promising near-term advances image-guided vivo graft tracking.
