摘要: Possible induction of lacZ mutation was examined in the liver and testis Muta™Mouse following administration carcinogenic halogenated compounds, namely 1, 2-dichloroethane (DCE), 2-dibromoethane (DBE), carbon tetrachloride, or 2-dibromo-3-chloropropane (DBCP). Slight increases were observed on mutant frequency DNA isolated from mice 14 days after treatment with DBCP at 40 mg/kg DBE 60 but not liver. Further investigation necessary to confirm by these chemicals including experiments longer sampling intervals. No increase detected DCE single doses up 150 consecutive injections 280 mg/kg. Marginal biologically insignificant responses tetrachloride exposed mice. The present results suggest that are less efficient for gene Muta™Mouse.
