摘要: Abstract Ethylene dibromide (1,2-dibromoethane; EDB) was tested for the induction of dominant lethal and electrophoretically-detectable specific-locus mutations in germ cells DBA/2J male mice. Males were treated with a single intraperitoneal injection 100 mg/kg EDB mated to two C57BL/6J females. In assay, matings carried out measure effect on meiotic postmeiotic stages; representing spermatogonial stem analyzed electrophoretic test. Neither these cell tests produced any evidence that is mutagen. It appears from data those reported literature EDB, genotoxic carcinogen affects fertility some mammalian species, not mutagenic mouse.
