摘要: Abstract The mouse electrophoretic specific-locus test for induced germ-cell mutations, was used to determine the response of spermatogonial stem cells a series doses germ cell mutagen N -ethyl- -nitrosourea (ENU). Male DBA/2J and C57B1/6J mice were treated with 50, 100, 200 or 250 mg/kg ENU their progeny screened electrophoreticall--detectable mutations at 32 separate loci. As expected, increasing led mutant frequencies. differences in frequencies between males not statistically significant.
