摘要: Abstract The pesticide, ethylene dibromide (EDB), was evaluated with in vivo cytogenetic assays to determine its genotoxicity. CD1 male mice were exposed EDB through intraperitoneal injections. Bone marrow cells isolated from femora analyzed for sister-chromatid exchange (SCE), chromosome aberration and micronucleus formation. results showed that only certain concentrations of tested caused a slight but significant increase SCEs aberrations. However, these increases not dose-related. No the polychromatic erythrocytes micronuclei observed following exposure. Aslo, did cause cell-cycle delay comparison controls. Thus, it appears is an effective genotoxic agent mice.
