摘要: Molecular pathology methods represent robust tools for both translational research and clinical practice. Many of these tools, although useful in defining molecular alterations the tumor genome, often depend upon derivative nucleic acids cannot provide a morphological context apart from microdissection. In situ techniques have enabled assessment individual cells, augmented particular by recent novel advances probe design, ultrasensitive detection, contextual phenotypic genotyping.
