摘要: Bright-field in situ hybridization (ISH) is a widely used technique that allows visualization of specific gene products cells and tissues under routine bright-field microscopy. A DNA or RNA probe to detect the presence complementary (cDNA) (cRNA) target sequences cell specimens (smears, cytospins, pellets) tissue sections (frozen, paraffin, semithin, ultrathin plastic sections) through colorimetric metallographic techniques visualized with light microscope.
