摘要: E VEN THOUGH percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) was introduced 15 years ago, 1 data on the long-term follow-up of patients who have undergone procedure remains incomplete. So far, only nonrandomized studies been published. In this review available information medium and outcome is examined. We analyzed intention to treat principle and, thus, included providing all underwent balloon angioplasty, including those with unsuccessful as well successful procedures. sought answer following questions: (1) how many PTCA were symptomfree at last after attempted (2) what price they had pay in terms major adverse cardiac events.
