摘要: Background: Studies have reported that patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) a high incidence of osteonecrosis the femoral head (ONFH). This study reviewed outcomes HIV-positive who underwent ONFH, compared HIV-negative individuals. Methods: The from September 2012 to 2014 Beijing Ditan Hospital, Capital Medical University were retrospectively studied. Twenty-eight and 35 48 THAs 45 cementless components, respectively. records follow-up reviewed. Harris Hip Score (HHS) was applied evaluate pain function hips before after THA. Complications such as wound healing, surgical site infection, deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, sepsis, mortality, complications prosthesis operation time, blood loss, hospital stay between two groups.
