摘要: Information is lacking regarding the comparison of bone mineral and body composition measurements obtained from different dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) systems. The purpose this study to compare whole density (BMD) hologic QDR-4500 W (DXA H) lunar L) Seven women older than 40 years age, were scanned on same day by using DXA H L observer. Measured total fat mass, percentage fat, free soft tissue mass BMD similar between machines, but was significantly higher with (P=0.0156). This due a content L. Agreement two systems quantified Bland Altman method. For each variable, all pairs within 95% confidence limits. These results suggested that we could use measurement methods interchangeably. However, inter-machine differences, comparisons machines should be interpreted caution.
