摘要: We report experiments utilizing confocal microscopy to determine the position of cornflour starch granules in a paste, as function distance from wall. The have an average diameter 15 μm. If solvent is chosen such approximately match refractive index then images them can be obtained depth 120 μm, which limit imposed by working x40 oil immersion lens used experiment.
